Policies

Shipping

After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-48 hours. This does not include weekends and holidays. Please allow 3-7 business days for USPS ground delivery. International orders will now be shipping via USPS International. USPS International may take longer than domestic shipping (up to 4 weeks). Please note, .COM does collect payment at time order is placed, However,
Bushwick. cannot always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will do our best to notify you of this via email. Most often, it will be noted in the item description if it is out of stock. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order at anytime, please email us via the Contact page.

Orders received by 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped within 24 hours from that business day. Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Bushwick. is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please note that any packages that need to be re-routed are subject to a small fee.

Bushwick. is not responsible for Duty and Freight Charges for International Orders.

International Shipping Charges vary per country and weight and value of package. You will receive your shipping cost and your final total by email prior to shipping.

We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are some conditions which may cause delays:

Credit Card Approval: Inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order.

Cutoff Time: Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed the following business day. USPS Ground Service: Delivery to some destinations may take between 3 to 7 business days.

Should your order not arrive in a timely manner, we would appreciate your patience while we resolve the issue with the carrier’s claim process which can take from 6-8 weeks. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 7 day return policy on items purchased from our website. You may return product(s) to Bushwick. after obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number from a Customer Service Representative. After this 7 day period, only unopened/unused products will be accepted for exchange only within 15 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

If the item was delivered damaged or the wrong item was shipped, we would much appreciate a photo of the product(s) and package could be provided for our insurance claim purposes.

Please do not dispose of any of the original packaging and/or return any merchandise to us without a Return Authorization (RA) number. When sending your items, we advise using an insured carrier such as Federal Express, USPS Priority insured or UPS. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that BushwickShop.com cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging.

REQUESTING AN RA (Return Authorization)

You can request an RA by emailing customer service via the Contact page. You will receive a reply with your RA number within 48 business hours.

All credits will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.

All BushwickShop members have the option to unsubscribe from marketing communications from us. If you do not wish to continue to receive e-mails from us and/or selected third parties you should opt-out clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in any emails which we might send you this will then suspend your e-mail notifications however you can sign up again if you wish to do so. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data, but cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information.
